Our 24th annual show in 2015 had 1,333 registered show vehicles. THANK YOU to all show vehicle owners and to the public in making this another successful show. And, of course, our annual show could not be possible without our dedicated group of volunteers who work countless hours behind the scene, months before show day, as well as working the show weekend. THANK YOU very much from the organzing committee! We look forward to seeing everyone at our 25th Anniversary show on Sunday, June 19, 2016!
The Car Corral, which was new to our show in 2015, was a huge success. We had to expand the size of the corral. It looks like this will become an annual feature of our show.
We received some comments, both good and bad, about our 2015 car show, some specfically about the dust in the park and the long line ups to the show vehicle entrance. These and other issues have been addressed for our 2016 show. We are always asked if this is a judged event. It is not. Please visit the "FAQs?" section of our website which addresses this and other questions.
Old Car Sunday in the Park is pleased again to support our designated charity, 'Variety - The Children's Charity'.
Our annual show is a great way to spend Father's Day with the entire family. Come visit, rain or shine.
Old Car Sunday in the Park is one of the largest shows of vintage, antique & collector vehicles on display in Western Canada. You do not want to miss this great family event! Our largest display was in 2013 with 1,348 show vehicles!
The first 1,000 show vehicles registered receive a free dash plaque. Registration fee is only $10.00 per show vehicle, payable only at the 7th Avenue gate entrance, east of Stave Lake Street, on the day of the show. Pre-registrations are not accepted. All show vehicle registrations are done the morning of the show at the park, via the 7th Avenue gate entrance. Vehicle show gate opens at 6:30am.
Food, entertainment & kids activities on-site. Public entry by donation with a portion of the net proceeds going to Variety - The Children's Charity.
Due to the limited, on-site public parking at the park, we strongly encourage visitors to take advantage of the free parking and free shuttle buses at the West Coast Express parking lot in Mission, to and from the venue, starting at 8:30am. (Thank you TransLink for the use of this parking lot!) For directions, click the link on the left. Please note that dogs are not allowed on the shuttle buses (with the exception of certified working Service Dogs).
Note to non-food Vendors: You must submit your online, pre-registration request for our 2016 show by Friday, May 27, 2016. Please click here for additional information.
